ABBAS MOTORS INC. (hereinafter also referred to as the Canadian Subsidiary or the Company) will operate as a Canadian subsidiary of Mohammed Abbas Mohammad Used Cars TR (hereinafter also referred to as the Parent Company). The Canadian Subsidiary will import and export a wide range of high-quality used vehicles including salvage cars, scrap cars, used cars, trucks, and SUVs. By utilizing the Parent Company’s already established brand, industry knowledge and experience, and support from the Company’s trusted line of suppliers, ABBAS MOTORS INC. will be able to establish itself within the Canadian market, ensure growth in the industry, and reach its target customers.
